


At The Medical Center of Aurora and Centennial Medical Plaza, we understand the importance of helping heart patients to increase their strength and stamina. Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program significantly helps patients who have been treated for:
Phase I is for patients in the hospital who are recovering from heart surgery. Phase I focuses on:
Helping patients begin an exercise program
Phase II: A cardiac rehabilitation nurse evaluates patients. This assessment is used to develop an exercise plan. The patient’s EKG and vital signs are monitored.
Phase III: Our program staff helps patients continue regular vital sign-monitored exercise and risk-management activities.

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Phase III:
Tuesday, Thursday
7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The Phase I and Phase II cardiac rehabilitation programs are insurance reimbursable.
